30-Day Return Policy

We guarantee the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple 30-day return policy.

Eligibility for Return: To return an item, it must be in its original condition, unused or unworn, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If your receipt date is more than 30 days ago, we regret that we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return: To return an item, please contact us: shoify@dierp1230-24.zhengxili.com. If your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to return the package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Damage or Defects: Please inspect the goods immediately upon receiving your order. If there are any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and resolve it properly.

Refund: We will notify you after receiving and verifying your return, and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund you via your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
