Shipping & Delivery

At SmartRoost, we know how important it is to secure your coop as quickly as possible. We partner with reliable global logistics to ensure your Automatic Chicken Coop Door reaches you safely.

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouses within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times (North America):

• United States: 7 - 12 business days

• Canada: 8 - 15 business days

Note: Due to high demand during certain seasons, delivery times may occasionally be extended. We appreciate your patience.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping Rates: We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on all SmartRoost Automatic Coop Doors to the USA and Canada.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shoify@dierp1230-24.zhengxili.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
